I must say I love my bikes, if I had to choose between my van and my bikes, the van would go no question.
We have spent this week at the 7 Stanes MTB centres at Maybe, Kirroughtree and Glentress which was great fun. In three weeks time I am off to Cadwell Park for a 3 days race meeting with CRMC. Pedal and engine bikes both have their place.

My love of motor bikes goes a long way back, here are some.

Used to use Castrol Rrrrrrrrrrr in the TSS and the Velo, the TSS now get the best fully synthetic race two stroke oil mixed at 25:1, and yes the smell of the R was good, think that may be a man thing however!

Off tomorrow for a day in the Borders hills on my KTM EXC Enduro bike, we are setting up for an Enduro event mid June.

Are some of you traveling with the bike behind the California ?

Have to say I like the look of the Triumph Bobber, but I still don't understand the concept of a bobber being a production bike!

Since that post in 2016 I've now got two classic racing Bultacos and loving my return to racing.

Current Ducati (Multistrada 950)
I have been riding Ducati's since 1988, desmo Pantah 650, Sport 750, ST2 (two of them), Multistrada 1000, 999, MS-S 1100before current one. Used to make about 35-40 K km's per year, nowadays about 5000....so guess the MS 950 will be here for long.
