Windspeed - Poptop

Is there any sort of guidance regarding maximum windspeed when using the poptop?

Also, possibly parking up with tear end into a breeze?

I believe it’s tested to 60mph. It’s pretty obvious when it’s up and windy exactly when it needs to come down. The manual just says “strong wind”.

I’ve been meaning to ask the same… there must be a formal test result. I have an spare anemometer that’s desperate for a use

If you have any sympathy for a mechanical component or your own safety you will “chicken out” and drop the pop top long before it gets damaged.
The cliff top pitches at Durness are a suitable test site.
