Kitchen door runners

I have just been touring around Scotland for the last three weeks, and the bottom runner of the doors popped out, I managed to click it back in bet every time we opened the door it popped out again. Now we can't even pop it back has anyone else experienced this problem. It is going into the dealers on Monday for them to have a look at just wondered if this was a common problem.

I can't say we've had this problem but we often get ours stuck, caused by having too much stuff crammed in there. Probably only a matter of time before it happens to us.
