Kitchen Cabinet Doors

In my Coast, the kitchen cabinet sliding doors are sliding with difficulty. I cleaned the tracks, (which were not dirty) and now I wonder what kind of lubricant could help. Not greasy so it will not trap sand or dog hair... maybe some sort of silicon spray? Maybe something else?

Silicon spray like this but there are many other makes available everywhere.
