Hello again

Taking JB away on Saturday night to try it all out. Plenty of tea, soup & wine packed.
Hope not too many queries after!!

Best thing to do , first time out just a one nighter .
It will be awsome waking up for the first time in your hotel on wheels:thumb

You're need plenty of wine if you haven't got a mattress topper:bananadance
Good luck

Check your diesel heater is working OK before you go if you're not on a hook up with an electric heater. First time they seem to cough and splutter and belch smoke before getting going properly.

+ 1 for the heater. Just spent a night in Bristol Marina. Very nippy, but heater on 2 from 8pm ( on programme) as we got back at 11 and then on 1 overnight we were nice and warm. Roof up and with the roof vents virtually no condensation in van.:thumb

You will probably think us stupid but does the parking heater run off diesel if not on electric hook-up (we are this w'end though)

Thank you

The parking heater always runs off diesel as far as I know; you will only have a heater on hook up if you buy a separate little heater to take with you (a good idea as you are paying for the electric anyway, so may as well save the diesel). :)

Should also have said enjoy your first trip away! :)

Maud

Parking Heater is diesel only and frugal in operation.
