I do rather like rules 6 and 7. Although I fear a trick may have been missed here. Surely by extending ones middle digit thus expanding the Shaka we'd be able, with sufficient practise and/or dexterity, to kill two birds with one stone. In that I mean to provide the correct etiquette within your class while simultaneously giving the finger to those of the lower classes. This would also have the additional affect of providing all travellers with the VW sign?

California coast on order but have been waving in my conversion/ bike/ walking for a few years love it when I get a wave back. Has happened a few times when on my bike people must think she’s mad but who cares
