Temporarily locked out of site?

I'm trying to buy a few things via the shop, but keep getting 'temporarily locked out' message when I try to checkout.

Is this a general problem or to do with my account?

Thanks for testing that. I was going in as a returning customer as thought I'd bought via the shop before, however tried as new customer and all ok.
