10 days ago I had EML, glow plug and DPF lights lit up on my dash board.
I contacted the Reading Van Centre who booked me in for 23 March to diagnose and cure.
On 22nd March at midday they called me to say they could not do the following day and cancelled my visit.
They offered me the next available appointment which was 10 Apr.
I was very disappointed by their level of customer service and attitude to myself as a customer who ultimately pays their wages.
I will not be dealing with this company again before hell freezes over.
I later called Citygate Wooburn Green centre who had me booked in immediately for 23 March who have diagnosed and are halfway through fitting a new intercooler.
Citygate Wooburn Green get my vote!
Marshalls Reading gave me a very poor experience.
