Looking for a Campsite or Wildcamp near Malham

Looking for somewhere to stay within walking distance of Beck Hall Malham. The local site Riverside has said no motorhomes even though their site says they do, and the National Trust site is closed this year (?).

Anyone know anywhere, even Britstop maybe?

See if Gordale Scar is close enough. Weird but fabulous place. Read the reviews (good and bad) before going. I was there last week, pitched by the stream, only 3 of us there midweek.

Gordale Scar campsite is a lovely location. Gotta love a footpath that goes up a waterfall

Malcolm is...unique?

Bathrooms aren't that clean. Collections of old BBQs and newspapers are...impressive? Decides whether he allows campervans or not depending on his mood I think. Didn't charge us one night because it rained!
