leaving your campervan abroad

Does anyone know an insurance company that will let you leave your campervan abroad for a trip back to the UK? We have an apartment on the Algarve and want to spend time travelling between the UK and there, and fly back for short visits to the family. Only problem is no-one will insure us! We are getting a bit desperate as we take delivery in around a week. Suggestions appreciated!

Do you know if your insurance covered you and if so who as we haven't found one company who say this is ok for more than 36 hours.

No it did not cover as I am with comfort

That was why I put it on a campsite rather than a car park

Try caravan club. They said they would put it to the underwriters if it was in a garage and we knew when we were returning . We never went ahead so no idea what the outcome would have been
