Is this normal?

Just looking around the cali that we recently acquired and noticed that there is a hole in the front bumper on both sides next to the fog light, is this normal or is there something missing?

I think that is for angular adjustment of the Foglights. Normal.

Is it missing parking sensors? There should be four sensors on the bumper from memory. Two between foglight and number plate and two on the outer side under the headlight lower down. Not near my van to check properly.
