Drawer rattle

Drawer under back seat is driving us bonkers as it rattles all the time, even with nothing in it, any ideas?

Yes you was right. Is this normal to still rattle as it is seated in all three clips

our drawer used to rattle aswell even when the awning handle was clipped in, it is not a very good design. I have ended up lining my drawer with a thick towel as it absorbs most of the rattles now.

My rear draw is really skeeky and I have found its the left hook rubbing metal on metal. I have added a little grease and seems lot better.

Ref lining the draw the guy I brought mine from fitted the brandrup draw lining which seems to work well.

The drawer rattle is a common problem and easily fixed.
There are two drawer catches: one on either side of the drawer.
They have fabric pads to stop the metal on metal rattle and they wear out.

I wrapped electricians' tape around the hook bits of the catches.
Messy but works a treat.
Rattle disappeared instantly and has stayed disappeared for 6 months.

My guess is that it'll need replacing from time to time but it only takes a few minutes.
