Blocking Pop top vents

Slept in the pop top for the first time and found the vents at the top caused a draft is these a quick and temp way to block these without causing damages
 
 
Fitting a breathable internal Isotop will stop the draught, help keep the roof warmer. You need the airflow from the vents to help prevent condensation in the van.
can that be left in or does it need removing when putting the roof down - also any recommendations ?
 
I've defeated my vents and ventilate using the RHS window. I've not noticed any problems.
