3 Seater bench stuck - California ocean 6.1 Beach

Hi, my 3 seater bench is stuck, I can no longer move it forward or backward on the rails. I took a short video of the mechanism, I’m not sure how useful it is but if anyone has an idea, please let me know.

Go the the rear of the seat remove the middle cover ,
there should be two straps hanging down ? number 1&2 ?

it looks like your strap has come off of something it should route through a guide (metal wire to orient the strap correctly) front and rear of the seat.
I suspect it’s drop out of the orientation device and will not pull the actuator in the correct way.

if you can’t work it out tomorrow let me know and I’ll have a look at mine and post some pics (it’s pitch black ATM)

edit, the seat base lifts up enough to gain access , rather than crawl on the floor

Draw flap lifted shows the correct routing through the metal guide

you need to re route the strap IMO it’s come out of the guides
