We missed out on the Northern Lights spectacular with light cloud cover here in the Mendips. A lovely site though at Priddy (Camping and Caravan Club site Cheddar Mendip Heights). The grass is so green is looks artificial

That and a pocket full of appreciation for what a campervan can offer. It’s so easy to take things for granted, to argue over the pluses and minuses of the next model. Ultimately it’s all about discovering the next parkup. I have been spoiled so far this trip to the champagne region. Last night I was at an aire with free water, disposal, EHU hookup and toilets courtesy of the Commune. France is still a travellers heaven
