ZoneSleep & online shop

I am thinking about ordering a ZoneSleep topper from the online shop has anybody ordered one
If so what was the service like :?: a lot of money so want to be sure

We got ours in February.
Online shop service was good, i.e. I rang them, paid with a credit card ( I think) and it was delivered quickly in a protective box.

The mattress itself was well worth the money, we use the bottom bed and it has made our nights much more comfortable
