Recommendations for garage who can help repair tap/water pump issue in Sussex

I live in Lewes, East Sussex. Does anyone have any recommendations who can help with Vw California Se (2005) repair work. My water does not come out the tap. I have managed to get the water pump lid off. I am unable to unattach the water pump to replace. I have been told it is an easy job but sadly I am not finding it easy, so any recommendations of where I can take the van for repairing would be appreciateds
