Rear trim behind drop down cupboard from rear ??

I have located a water leak on the pipe that goes to rear washer, and need to remove or just pull down to trim/cover , standing looking in from the rear tail gate the trim that runs the full width , as the water leak from washer pipe is in there and leaking into rear wardrobe , any help would be appreciated as do not want to damage anything
