Coolant leak from rear heater/blower

Hi,
I have a 2014 T5 beach.
looking for some assistance with obtaining a part number for the pipes that carry coolant to the rear heater blower located at the rear wheel arch.
The inside pipe has developed a leak, coming from below the black shield covering the pipe as it turns into the wheel arch.
