Paint bubbles on roof

I have a small patch of paint bubbling on leading edge, drivers side of roof (fixed panel) on a 2010 Cali. Warrantee runs out in May. Is it worth getting it done, or does it open a can of worms? Do they sort it in situ or remove the panel?

Thanks, I found that thread after posting! I will try to go to the dealers tomorrow.

All of the ones I have had done have been repaired in situ.

I went in to JCT600 York...easy peasy! No question, no hassle, they took a photo and said they can do it next week and it'll only take a day. They have done others and I won't be the last! Hopefully all will be well.
