Leaving the roof up

Hi guys!

We've just picked up our 2008 Cali se and we love it!!

My question is, do you leave the roof up when you're on site but leaving the van? Book says not too, but it seems a hassle to put the roof down everyday???

The roof if it starts to drop will automatically rise again after a few hour's

We always leave the roof up when at site.

Watch the alarm though... Wind can set off the ultrasonic/motion sensor if the bellows flap.... At least close the sliding hatch. Not a good way to make friends if you ae away from site all day and annoying the temporary neighbours
