Kenwood dnx 5420 camera

Help
Van back from service and my rear view camera is not working.
I can't find anything online to help, so hoping we have an expert or some one in the know.
Does it need reprogramming as battery were disconnected or do I need to find and check the fuse?

As far as I know the camera is powered from the sat nav unit, was any warranty work done to it or any otherwork that may involve trim removal or the dash trims being removed at all?

Alex. Thanks for reply. eventually found it was the simplest fix, I was about to pull van apart!!. Where VW van centre had disconnected the batteries the head unit reset itself. After some menu searches i found that i need to change the input settings. Nothing in the manual or online said anything about this. I am not impressed with the clunky menu on the kenwood but now all working again so happy again.
