Fitting replacement arm

Does anyone have instructions for removing and fitting replacement arms on VW bike rack please?

Slacken off the clamp for the bike quite a way, then pull up the cuff at the rail it attaches to, and open the hinge to lift off the bar. We’ve had ours off and on in different configurations since we bought it. It’s quite quick to do.
