Fitting New Wing Mirror

Driving down a country road recently I had the misfortune to meet "white van man" going his usual speed and he took off my wing mirror :censor , brought a new mirror off of German Ebay and if anyone else has this job this is the procedure for accessing the electric wires

I have now replaced one complete mirrror and surround an one glass only as a result of White Van Man- in both cases a transit pickup. complete replacement at over £200 plus paint, glass only £55. Not a happy bunny!

I came out of the house last week, found some idiot had took off my drivers mirror. Actually snapped it.

£248 for Exeter Carrs to replace mirror and cap (colour coded).

They managed to salvage my glass but that was little comfort.
