Buzzing/humming sound

Evening all,
Our 66 plate Ocean has as of 2pm today, developed quite a loud buzzing noise which is coming from the area at the back near the gas bottle. It’s noticeable outside the van but much louder when you take the bottom shelf off(above gas bottle area). Sounds electrical, and we thought that when the fridge was off it would stop. 3 hours on from then it’s still buzzing.
Any idea what this might be? We’ve been on electric hook up for 3 days.

Interesting feature I was shown at handover.
On the sat nav infotainment if you adjust the volume a slider symbol appears.
Click on symbol and it allows you to adjust volume - not of radio but the output from a microphone above driver which gets relayed to rear speakers of van above passengers.

I was told this as when you have heater fan on- microphone picks up the noise and plays it through rear speakers of van.

Carevelle feature I believe . Tried it today and rear passenger could hear me from the speakers
