Best Tow Bar options

Hi

Just taken delivery of a new VW California Beach. I have had a VW tow bar prep carried out prior to delivery so Two questions;

1. Which is the best make to be looking at & what spec should I be looking for? (Will be adding a motor bike rack for a small 65cc MX bike in due course)

2. What electric pack should I be buying - assume after a VW electrics prep the installation should effectively be plug & play or do I still need to get a car electrician involved?

With the two bar prep you will still need to get the vehicle coded to tell it that it now has a tow bar fitted. I would recommend oem parts for your tow bar and definitely for the electrics.
