Can't say I'm a fan of the Ford compared to the VW, but when it comes to flexibility, you have to say this is about as good as it gets.

Being new to this and all. But simply looks like a minibus with some Conti board shelving and odd beds. Not too user friendly in their broad brush/ one size fits all approach.

Not saying I'd swop my SE for one. Sheer flexibility impressed me though

It looks good but you need to see it in the flesh before judging .
The diffrent set- ups do look handy!
I thought the Westfalia Club Joker also looked nice until i checked it out ...not at all the California quality finisch , have not seen the Ford irl .

What put you off Johnyboy?

well they had a previous design and the things I loved were:
1) Diesel powered electric hob - no gas bottle needed
2) 2 sliding doors; one with a fridge that could slide outdoors and allow you to cook from outdoors too!
3) plastic units - no wood to rot.

I waited for the update with the new Transit design and the pop up roof but the design changed a fair bit and represented the thing I hated in other conversions - lined with carpet, looks like some cupboards placed in a van so it was a non-starter.

Things that won for the Cali
1) Residuals
2) Ali cupboards
3) NO CURTAINS!!!
