680 Battery charge.

I am first time this year drive my 680, operation display tells my leisure battery 60% must solar provides this because is not drive moving 5 months.

So i am activate " Fast Charge " control and drive. When i am stop traffic signal - GC is try move and i am must hard much more press Brake pedal near to floor because GC want to move.
Can feeling vibration and increase motor noise waitying green traffic signal arrives. Then when is green lamp and go - same than racing horse when is pole ascend.

Is very strange waiting green light behaving for to make battery 100%?

I am desire ask others owning gc680 ( my is 4m i not sure if this is make change? ) if is also strange battery fast charge behave camper!.
So is normal or new remedy must service center find and repairing?
