Had our Cali just over a year now and just broken the 10k mark.
Have to say that despite some early doubts, it's been a brilliant machine. Done almost 30 nights in it with our 1 and 4 year old plus dog and use it as a daily driver, surf wagon, load lugger. Seems to do almost everthing; is easy to drive, comfy on long trips and now fairly nippy after taking over 8k miles to loosen up. Anyone that's driven a 180 and been disappointed, you must try one that's run in; the difference is enormous!
The 4motion drivetrain on ours has been a revelation; it's so capable and really extends the versatility of the van.
Had a couple of minor bits done under warranty and had the common new steering column but it was all dealt with very professionally by Carrs in Cornwall.
Overall, pricey to buy but a fairly sound investment, cheap to insure and not too bad to tax. And the kids love it!
Current annoyance is a rattle/creak in the dash that seems to come from below the instrument binnacle. It stops when I press down on the plastic below the "glass" (plastic) and a possible rattle from the stereo area. Might take it in soon...
But otherwise chuffed to bits with it!
