Our Sept 22 Cali Ocean has suffered from a drooping roof on the passenger side since new. We tried to get it fixed at one dealership, but it only got worse.

We’ve taken it back to Liverpool where we bought it and they diagnosed the pump at fault and have ordered a new one (arriving tomorrow) so will wait with baited breath to see if that fixes it.

They can’t replicate the leaking window (kitchen window), but I did clean it with Gumi Phledge (??) and that may have helped.

Sounds like this is the issue with a few of them and chatting with @andyinluton last night did the trick for his previous one. We have a very gentle sag of a few inches when it's been stood a few days (3 nights this weekend) but that seems to be normal behaviour.

Ours was dropping at least 50mm in about 10 mins, sometimes within an hour. The roof lights would switch off very quickly.

Update: dealer called today to say the roof is fixed. They replaced the pump, explains that they had swapped the hydraulic rams from side to side, but the droop still occurred on the passenger side. The pump apparently has pressure relief valves for each ram and one of these was leaking.

Looking forward to collecting it tomorrow.

Very happy so far with the support from Liverpool Van Centre.
