connections for california kitchen

Hi I have bought a (2008) California kitchen/ wardrobe unit complete with sink, fridge, fresh water, and waste water. Does anyone have info on what I need to do connect it up electric wise and water connections? Would like to try and avoid fitting sockets in the side of the van but can do if I must.
Any help much appreciated.

Scroll down and you will see individual parts of the kitchen assembly and total kitchen with all fixtures and fittings. Hasn't changed since VW started making the California itself.
