The supply line to the rear tailgate windscreen Wash runs behind the trim above the kitchen, where the lights are, via wardrobe space to the rubber corrugated tube between body and tailgate. There are a number of push fit connections en-route. Probably one of those have been disturbed.

Possibly looks like when fitting new blind must have dislodged one or damaged pipe , clever place right above a moving blind

Started to tackle water leak in wardrobe and had to remove panel , found pipe had come away from joint ( what a place to put a join, was not even pushed all the way into pipe , VW german quality )
So now had the lengthen the pipe, but the VW pipe is ridged pipe and not flexible runner type, so fitting is near as impossible to get in, so used a slightly smaller straight fitting and some Aroldite , then when gone off tomorrow will connect short piece of rubber in between, so fingers crossedIMG_8261.jpeg
