VW RCD 510

I am thinking of replacing my Cali standard non DAB radio with the RCD510, as fitted to my Golf. The Cali has premium bluetooth via multifunction steering wheel. Does anyone know whether the existing bluetooth setup would remain or whether I would have to pay extra for new bluetooth add-on for the RCD510?
