Further to my topic (Apr 2013) on the same subject.
New Generation speed cameras are now being used in France, these detectors can detect speeding vehicles in two directions. They are fitted to 12 non marked Renault Meganes and 7 Peugeot 208's.
Initially only to be used on Route Nationales (as the central barriers of Motorway prevent them from working in two directions), officers driving will be in uniform, but other than a large camera mounted on the dashboard the vehicles are scarcely noticeable. Beware.
