Latest brochure & price list add it in with cruise control - not in the handbook so any ideas what it is?

Is it like infinitis where they warn about cars approaching on either side when you indicate..? Or lane departure warning perhaps?

Yeah it's as californiaman says - it warns of vehicles in your blind spots. Don't know if it's just when indicating or if it runs all the time though.

I was given a 180 with it when my roof was done and as far as I can recall it is on all the time. It tweets at you when someone comes along side. Slightly unnerving.

It's good, used on LMP race cars...Bosch system I believe.

My 2013 Cali has it, a light on door mirrors lights if there's a vehicle coming passed in either inside or offside lane. It does seem to have a pretty long range. Not sure I would bother with paying for it as an option but it's a nice toy!

I am always telling people that I can see a flasher in my mirror

Very useful when driving on wrong side of the road, eg rest of Europe! The wardrobe blind spot is not a worry
