Service plan / schedule

We are now proud owners of a 2013 Cali, he has 16k on the clock and not yet been serviced. It has come with a pre paid service plan that includes two interim, two full services and mot that will expire in aug 2017. What is the schedule for the services, is it time or mileage, just want to make sure we fit them all in and get our money's worth seeing as it came with it?

It will be time every year I would think is it a vw service plan or just the dealers service plan :?:

I think it depends what the dealer has set the van to - there is an option to do either distance or time.

Since ours is quite low mileage (compared to the service interval) we do ours every 12 months if it wants it or not - it is on a service plan and they just knock one off when ever you get it serviced - I guess you could do it weekly if you liked

Officially for the 5.1 cali it is Year or 20,000 miles which ever comes first.
