Selling checklist

I am selling VW t6.1 (with much regret) and trading in for Dreamer. Before I handover would be grateful for details of what I need to do to get all of my details out of the car. Tried factory reset but issue with privacy setting if some sort. Is there anything else of note that I need to do?
