Rear headrest trouble

On my 2016 Cali Ocean the rear headrest would not remain in fixed i.e. vertical position, it keeps folding backwards. Seems to be a fault of the releasable catch. Is there any way it can be fixed?

I just bought a second hand Cali with the same problem. Did you ever manage to find a solution that works?

Interesting. I have a 2 year old 6.1 where the headrest won’t fold down. As a result the bottom bed can’t be used. The button goes in, but it won’t budge.

The button gets jammed down. Lever it up with a knife and wiggle it whilst spraying copiously around it with ptfe or WD40, taking care not to drip it on the bed cushion.
