Parking heater in 2012 SE

hi. Is this a standard feature in the SE or did the previous owner need to order as an extra option. Was very excited but Dealer has confused me on this. Thanks

An SE also have a second heater - pre engine heater - which heats up the engine faster than normal on really cold days - it will make no difference to your life, unless you go out in the real cold.
