Hi, We have a 2-bench Beach (15 plate), and currently also have an extra single seat to carry 5 people in total. We would really like to be able to carry 6 (or even 7...) when not set up for camping - and were wondering what options there are. We're quite happy to remove the multiflex and side storage box, but don't want to go down the route of having a double passenger cab seat. We're assuming that we could fit in one more single passenger seat to make a total of 6? Has anyone done anything differently? Many thanks!

First thing is to check with your insurance and DVLA - vehicle would (EDIT - may) need to be re-classified...

To seat 6 wouldn't be to difficult. Remove the storage box and fit another single swivel seat using the 2 most inboard rails. Removing the multiflex board would allow the bench seat to slide further back in order to provide more legroom.
To seat 7 (without going for a double front passenge) you would need to swap the 2 seater bench for a 3 seater (there was a thread on this recently). Bench seats are heavy so a 2 person job to change over.
Check the V5 doc for number of rated seats. My 2 seater bench version is down on the V5 as a 7 seater. I suspect all Beaches are registered as the max that any (Beach) variant can be configured as.

If you’re willing to spend some time and effort moving heavy seats to achieve 7 seats it may be possible to squeeze a 3 seat bench in front or behind the 2 seater. Access to whichever bench is at the back may be tight though.

In theory you could get two 3 seaters in but this would obviously exceed what is on the V5.
