Hello everyone I would like to introduce myself.

I am looking forward to picking my 2008 2.5tdi se California up in the next week or so
It has a number of extras ie
Electric side boor/bike rack/roof/bars/half leather seats/cruise controls/Ac/side bars
I am so excited

We have had a 1990 t25 westfalia California for the last 8 years and are looking forward to more power/comfort/reliability ? But when the t25 goes we will miss her so much as we have had some amazing times in her
My little girl cried her eyes out when we said we are going to sell her
When she goes it will be the end of an adventure and the beginning of another.
Let's keep it in the Cali family xx

Yes, good point, those roof bars could take you over the critical 2m height. This seems to be the failsafe level for autoroutes and car parks etc.

David I am use to hight restrictions in car parks in France
Looking at taking them of when we get down to south France.
I will be taking it very slowly after the price of these great Campervans .
We have travelled down to France for the last 7 years and love it so much.

Surprised you say you are staying three weeks on the same campsite? That really defeats the object of the Cali in my opinion, we like to travel around and explore, we rarely spend longer that three nights on the same site.
