My son wants a 600 in Germany/NL. Aircon options questions?

I have the 680, my son in NL wants a 600, they are tall, I understand the bed goes the other way, how tall will it take?

Also it's a bit warmer there, does the 600 come with aircon option or does the roof not take the weight. He has only C1 licence so can't go over 3500kgs.

Advise him to visit the VW Camper Centrum in Amersfoort. They are the specialty VW camper dealer we have over here and they know everything. They also have a lot of vehicles in the showroom, including Grand Californias.
