Some highlights for us were:
Fairy pools for a cold water dip and great views.
A bit further down the same road is Glenbrittle beach which is great for SUP, Kayaks, swimming and fishing, access to the Cuillin Hills. There is also large campsite here which doesn't take bookings (just turn up).
Dunvegan Bakery (for the bread)
Loads of great cycling

Talisker distillery! Lealt Falls on East coats and Old Man of Storr. Then there's the Quiraing, an exciting walk and then go hunting the dinosaur footprints on beach at Staffin. If you're looking for campsite I'd avoid the one at Staffin unless it has changed ownership - previous site warden was a total pain and wouldn't leave you alone - didn't know when he had overstayed his chat!!! Last time we went we had the dog who growled at him each time - think he got message then. The site also was in real need of updating but that was couple of years ago so may be fine. We pass through in Sept when catching ferry from Uig to Harris in Sept; overnighting at Uig site

You can't go wrong on Skye - it is an amazing place to visit - but try to avoid the top-10 and make a few discoveries of your own.
