Trying to book a holiday in UK for early Just but every campsite is full? What is happening in the UK?

Hi what area of the uk have you tried booking?

Different locations, we travel in to Folkestone and touring up to Yorkshire over 3 weeks, we might cancel if we cant find anywhere nice

Depends what you are looking for and at what time of year. Just booked sites near the coast in Wales for late this month, no problem. Also recently booked 7 sites between now and end of June then early Sept - no problems. Also inland sites, well away from the coast, for August. We avoid the coast during school holidays and never travel at a bank holiday. So, depends what one is looking for.

Many book up sites on a just in case they can't go abroad basis which doesn't help anyone when they fail to turn up.

We have also found the same problem, anywhere 'good' is booked up, we are not all lucky enough to be able to book our of school holidays

Just turned up at a CAMC site on Cardigan Bay, Welsh Coast. Almost empty - UK not closed in March - maybe closed in August.

What have you got against Hull!? Spurn Head is great. Keep away from the coast and you will find plenty of great sites in July, August and May.
