Help - My New Cali, front passenger a-pilar blind stuck

Help us out please.

Been away for our first trip two nights down near the forrest of dean - all a bit of a learning experience but we're getting there.

Second night decided to try the front blinds (we didnt need to and how i wish i hadnt). This morning retracted the drivers side no issues. However the passenger side got a bit crumpled in the roller mechanism, managed to get it out with a bit of tugged and swearing... But now it wont retract fully and really looks a mess.

Hints and tips to get it back in ? Am i back to the dealer to sort out ?

Is your van still under warranty? If so get them replaced under warranty, that's what I did. Then get yourself some Project Camper blinds from Germany. Good luck.

thanks - its like 10 days old from 1st reg, reckon we had a duff blind tbh.

Will give the dealer a call tomorrow 1st thing.
