Fix or Replace - Rear trim?

I did the stupid thing and tried to use the Cali as a Van to transport some IKEA wardrobes. The trim doesn’t take kindly to heavy use so I have damage.

What are the options to fix? Replace the panel or can someone recommend a repairer?

Take off the loose bits, clean and apply a flexible paint in the same colour. Won't be perfect but maybe good enough such it doesn't draw attention. Failing that a subtle sticker.
