Eweleaze Farm, Dorset

Just back from a cracking few days at Eweleaze Farm. A very big (enormous) site, that is actually a working farm for 11 months of the year, but transforms into a very cool campsite for the month of August.

Recommended by friends, this was our first visit. No hook-ups and composting toilets to contend with, but you do get: amazing sea views, campfires allowed, a wood-fired pizza truck on site and great fresh croissants and bread in the morning.

We (family of four) had a great time for a few days, but decided it would be more fun with a big group of friends.

You need to book, and its already full for the next 2 weekends .. Very popular !!

Stupidly low on free time this month, but have booked a night there Fri after next - its a shame its such a short one - but just the sort of impulse night away the Cali was bought for !
