Anyone know where I can get a new retainer clip for the cutlery drawer. It looks easy to replace but such a small part. Any alternative fixes gratefully received

Looks like the plate, plastic clip and the rivit

Ok. Bit more investigation at local VW part dept.

Here are part numbers for plastic clip and rivit.

£4:31 for clip, £0:48 for rivit inc VAT

On back order from Germany. Could be a week or so to arrive.

I’m assuming I will have to drill out old rivit and use a rivit gun to put new rivit in.

Amazing really that you can still order and buy a replacement for this tiny tiny clip. I love the fact you can still get the parts. This is why I bought a California and not a conversion
