Sorry if this has been covered before, we are off to France / Spain for 3 months, my qusetion is

1. When i am not connected to electric, how long will the items keep frozen / Cold running from a well charged leisure battery...

Depends a lot on how hot the weather is.
mine lasted 4 days in 80 degree heat without the engine started.
 
+1 for 4 days in around 20 degrees C.
 
You say ... Frozen / cold....if you want to keep things frozen don't think it will last four days , frozen
means -18 degrees celcius for food otherwise risk of bacteries...
Think ice cream is gonna turn in to milk- shake....:cool:
 
I generally find that set a 0 degrees, especially with a full fridge, anything on the fridge cooling plate side IS frozen. Maybe not to long term food storage standards but enough for it to be safe to eat after more than 4 days...cooked if appropriate.

Ice cream....yes that is unrealistic.
 
Agree with dannosail, we transort bacon and sausage from uk to sw france a journey that takes us 3 days and have had no problem. Can't buy the sausage or bacon we enjoy, in france.
