We bought a couple of Halfords Carrera Crossfire 2 bikes a couple of years ago and didn’t get round to putting them on our house insurance. Now the insurance is due and we will be using them a bit more and away from home my wife contacted the insurance company to see how much extra they would cost. After a few minutes of calculating the lady came back with the princely sum of 20p. For that price you couldn’t afford not to.
Only restriction was if left they must be secured to an immovable object as in tree or lamppost etc. Not quite sure if the van is regarded as immovable.......
